This component has to be manufactured from 99.99% Virgin Aluminum of EC Grade to achieve the required Fe <0.15%
Heat Treatment: T – 6 (Solution Treatment + Precipitation Hardened) Due to high Copper content in the alloy the casting
requires special Heat Treatment Cycle. Copper structurally refines at higher temperature.
Test Certificates: Each Lot will be supplied with Material TC, Microstructure & Tensile test reports.
